"The owner of this property Walter is amazing, communication top notch, very friendly, this property had everything from a very nice hot tub, arcade games amazing especially if you grew up with an Atari, loved all the 80s games like Pac Man, Frogger Donkey Kong, Galaga etc etc, loved the pool table. We've never stayed on Ski Mountain before, but now probably will every time now. Saw plenty of bears, even some on our stay that tried to get into our cars lol! Lock your car doors! Will definitely stay with this owner again! Thanks for the experience and one of the nicest experiences I've ever had here! Have a blessed day my friend!"

"When i pulled up active construction going on across the parking lot. Not told. Worked on Saturday too. Heard nail guns all morning. Screws and trash was in my parking spot. Landscaping growing over walkway. Mice pooped all over the stove. Toilet on main level didnt flush. Dishwasher leakiing all over the kitchen floor. Downstairs bathroom toilet was not bolted to floor let sewer smell fill bathroom where the good shower was. The rail on the balcony was not connected by the grill nails completely pulled out. I paid 800 plus dollars for one full day of relaxation in a cabin. That i had to leave for maintenance men to come and fix a toilet that was fixed by putting labels on it for me to hold down the handle which didnt work. The guy that was supposed to fix the dishwasher didnt show up till we got back around 6-630. They did give me 150 credit wow. O yeah make sure you bring your own charger box because none of the roku sticks in the bedrooms had away to get power. I won't and will not recommend this spot to anybody. "

"We saw ants in the kitchen, a cockroach and stink bugs in one of the bedrooms. For the cleaning fee I would expect to see no insects. Overall nice location and fun experience."

"This was the perfect weekend getaway! All amenities worked well and the hot tub was in great shape. We didn’t see any bears but it was fun to see the iconic Ober gondola glide up and down the mountain. The sunrises were spectacular, over a stunning view of the Smoky mountains. Very close to GSMNP and convenient to Gatlinburg without having to stay on the strip. I would recommend this for a couple or a family; there was plenty of room."
