Very nice, spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. This Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, Has a great outdoor patio with firepits to relax and have a drink. The food was good, with plenty of it and it was hot.. Definitely would recommend!

The pool is perfect for the kiddos and the splash pad was a bonus. There was an incident with the splash pad on our second night but the staff worked hard and quick to get it back up and running for the kids to enjoy. Location is in a great spot. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Already have our next stay booked here!

Did not use pool but hot tub/pool area was amazing! Biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen! Our Room was spacious and updated! Front desk and food/drink staff were very friendly and helpful! We were in walking distance of many things, if you are someone who likes to walk! Walking/bike Path following Pigeon River right outside our hotel. Nicest breakfast spread we’ve seen at a hotel!!

The property was clean and staff was nice. Great location; just off the parkway, close proximity to everything. The property design is a bit of a nightmare, lacking any kind of flow. Check-in was long, the loading/unloading and access to the parking garage are too close and created a complete lockdown of traffic. The room was clean and nice once we were able to get in there.

Fantasy lobby, breakfast area and rooms. Great food for breakfast and evening dinner! Pool and hot tub looks awesome, although we didn’t have time to use it. Staff was super friendly. Maxine was super friendly at breakfast. We will be back!
