"I was in town for Christmas. The hotel was buzzing with happy visitors and there were MANY of them! My room was in the 5th floor-spacious, well-appointed and the bed was dreamy comfortable! I had a balcony to enjoy each morning as dawn was approaching but the best part was the 🔥 place! I used that thing every single day! Breakfasts each morning were plentiful and varied. Good coffee as well. I bright my Christmas decorations for a more festive, homey feel-even my holiday quilt. Location was so convenient to the main drag… Be sure to hit both Crockett’s Breakfast Camp at least once for breakfast. Old Mill has fabulous, generous comfort food in Pigeon Forge. You won’t be able to resist the corn fritters! Staff at the Hampton was very friendly and helpful."

"The place overall was nice. They just got bought by a new agency and are working on updates. The staff was awesome and helpful, very kind. The room did need some updates from age but nothing that was unbearable. The elevators was quick, the view was beautiful, the refrigerator was ice cold, new dishwasher, new coffee pot, nice roomy balcony, clean rooms. The only things that was challenging was the underground parking garage is a tight fit for a large SUV and the walk down to town was not bad, but coming back was a little rough. It does have the option to wait and ride the trolly back up the hill, but sometimes that's tough when you are tired and ready to get back. Also, if you get the 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, the heating is a little messed up. It will be hot upstairs and in the master, but the room with two beds it gets freezing cold in there at night. We even put a box fan in the hall area to try and pull some heat in there and it was still cold. But I would definitely stay here again, nothing was unbearable and overall its a great place with friendly people! "
