The pool was closed for repairs and no where on the site, did it state that. I booked it for the pool specifically. Also, breakfast was served on all styrofoam. Bad for environment. Had to go all over looking for bottle water. Breakfast states until 10 and they were cleaning up before then.

Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg Downtown by IHG
Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Had an electrical problem in our room and the staff and maintenance were very quick to get us moved to a new room. 10/10 recommend!
