Great place to stay. Very convenient location for walking. Hotel was old and rooms not very sound proof. Staff was great and it was nice to have housekeeping service daily. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent experience with family and I want to tell as per review comments there is missing info about parking.
There is onsite parking at hotel and there is lot of spots and it is free. Staff is very helpful with my family during my visit.
Thank you.

Convenience to the strip! New staff could use some education on the way to handle situations, breakfast needs attention, need more housekeepers ! But again great location. This our 3rd stay and I would say like anyone else staffing is an issue.
The location on the Parkway was nice and we enjoyed the viewing of a bear from our balcony as it walked through the parking lot. Room needed maintenance, the staff offered us a new room.

The rooms are always cleaner than most in the area. The property is showing some age, but the rooms on the hill are a lot nicer and we always try to stay up there when available. Overall it was a good stay and the location is perfect to everything.
It was nice- old historic Gatlinburg feel. It is an older hotel. So don’t expect the Hilton or something but it had a nice view and natural ASMR! We would book again!

Convenient location, walking distance to everything. Loved having a balcony.
Great location in downtown Gatlnburg. Clean and safe hotel. Good free breakfast and good coffee. We've stayed here many times and recommend this as a good, comfortable place to stay when in Gatlinburg.
The location and the view were both awesome. Parking was somewhat congested, but otherwise fine.
I am sure this is not a common occurrence but there was a woman in the room next to us beating on her door at 3am trying to wake up her roommate. This was a not so welcome end to a pleasant trip.

The three goo things about the hotel are the location, the soft beds and the staff.
It's older and can definitely use a lot of work but that was reflected in the price. It was the cheapest hotel we found available in town. Everything was walkable from the hotel. You step out your door and right into everything you could ever want to do in Gatlinburg. The beds were clean and comfy with warm bedding. The staff was helpful, kind and easy to talk to.
The building we were put in was very dirty and run down. It smelled musty and gross. Maybe a reno is coming? The good thing was the location. Perfect for walking to everything in Gatlinburg.
ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND RELATIVELY COMFORTABLE. fIRST ROOM TV DID NOT WORK AND TOOK TOO LONG TO BE ASSIGNED A NEW ROOM. HAD TO CALL DESK THREE TIMES
THE HILL SIDE BUILDING IS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT TO GET TO OFFICE AND DIFFICULT TO FIND WAY TO OTHER BUILDING AT FIRST. WAS JUST TOLD TO WALK ACROSS BRIDGE AND TAKE ELEVATOR TO GARAGE BUT NO INCIATION WHERE IT WAS LOCATED A MAP WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL.
The staff was very helpful even when we could not get our computer on WII he came to our room to help us. The only thing I was surprised with was that the day they cleaned the room they just left I washcloth with several towels- it diffucult for 3 people to take baths with just one washcloth.( maybe housekeeping didnt know how many people were staying in room?

Bed was good. Hot water was lukewarm at best & made for an unpleasant shower. Facility very run down with many bad external light bulbs. Hated the two separate elevators & six stories commute from my assigned room on separate hillside building to the main office where breakfast was served. Walk from street to hillside building very steep!!
The location was good. I disliked the way the room we received was not what was expected. The pictures were very misleading. Our room amenities didn’t even work properly.
DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE.
Disgusting. Mold. Blood stains. Cracked tiles… beat to all hell and back.
After looking at the room, I hand back the keys a booked another place.
This place is dog track. I wouldn’t stay here if it was the last place on earth.
