The hotel was very clean the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the pool area and the bartenders were extremely nice. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and gave us some tips about Gatlinburg.

Location was great. Everything from the staff to the ambiance was amazing. There was a bit of a wait time for the bar and the restaurant, they seemed to be a bit short staffed. However, my husband and I had a great time here. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg this is definitely the hotel we will be staying again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. The location is perfect—it’s an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the main attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle with parking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
