Good location right close to strip. Great pet policy. Area doesn’t look the best but we had no problems and would return with our dogs. Staff was helpful.

The staff was very helpful and loaned me a hair dryer as it did not come standard in room. I now understand why the room we booked was NOT accompanied by pictures in the listing. The shower had exposed pipe from before an upgrade. The ceiling paint in the shower was chipped and peeling. The locks on the door had been replaced at some point and although functional looked very questionable. Location and parking were fine. Slight savings not worth the quality difference. I will never book without images of the exact room being provided. Lesson learned priceless.

We have been to this property many times (8), would recommend if your looking for clean, comfortable and value. We have tried many of the other properties w/o cutting anyone down, there a few that meet our needs for location, cleanliness and comfortable.

The room seemed clean and everything worked except the jacuzzi which I did not know would be in the room, so no problem. The one person at the desk had the personality of a rattle snake. The outside of the motel was very ugly. Overall I don't plan to stay there again but it was the only motel that accepts pets with no extra charge

Inside the room was nice. Clean and comfortable, the modern furnishings must have recently been updated. The exterior/surroundings however were uncomfortably run down. Between the many loud dogs of the long term residents barking all night and the filthy pet relief area, I cannot recommend this place for anything longer than a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, it’s not a great place to bring your wife and kids for any length of time.

The lady in the front office is absolutely amazing!! So sweet EVERYTIME we stay here and we stay here everytime we go to gatlinburg /pigeon forge tn!! The room is good to sleep in but the lady in the front is the asset to this motel!! My husband and I love seeing her and talking to her on all of our stays and our dog loves her as well!
