"The receptionist Kelly was her name. Kept on telling us that our booking was not there. Expedia tried to call her and we heard the phone ringing ,but she wouldn’t pick it up and kept on fixing her hair or cleaning her fake nails. She tried to redirect us to another hotel (mariposa) saying that it was a sister company of best western and maybe our booking was there. When the check in instruction clearly states that we were at the right address!! I would not recommend this hotel. She almost ruined our trip. "

"Although a little hard to find, Queens was very enjoyable to stay at. I could smell the cleanliness of the room, which was a.pleasant surprise. Many amenities and a very comfortable bed. The water was the right temperature and having a fridge and microwave was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here if ever travelling again to Yosemite."
