Yosemite Southgate Waterfront Cabin 3 Bdrm Bass Lake Oakhurst Spa pets Specials!

If you are headed to Yosemite ( 11 miles from the south gate) or Bass Lake (just 4 miles) or just want to escape from the crowded city, this home is the answer. The house is on one of the best Lewis Creek frontage properties where you can listen to the relaxing sound of the waterfalls in the backyard or take a dip in one of the 3 refreshing pools. This 3 bdrm 2 bath home offers a view from every room. Conveniently located off Hwy 41, only 4 miles from the town of Oakhurst. The well-established neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. There are restaurants nearby or you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There are TV's in every room, and a dog door that goes out to a large and secure fenced area for your pets to roam yet be safe. The house above is also a vacation rental. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway.

My family had an amazing mini vacation in this beautiful property! It had all the comforts of home, but in the middle of natural wonders. Conveniently located, extremely private, and welcoming hosts.

Cabin was wonderful when we walked in with music and warm wonderful clean smells. The fireplace did not work which was disappointing but they did try to get it working for us. All and all it was a wonderful and relaxing visit. We will be back.

Perfect summer getaway

This my second time at this amazing rental and it was even better than the last time! Bass lake is a short easy drive away and the river in the backyard is perfect to cool off from the summer heat. The hosts are wonderful and the home has everything you could need. Definitely looking forward to future visit!

This property fit our needs perfectly! Walking into the cabin was like walking into your gramma's house. Antique furniture and fixtures, the beautiful creek out back, and deck were were great features we enjoyed. The location makes easy access to Yosemite NP. If ever in the area again, we will definitely book this again.

Beautiful, unique home in Oakhurst

We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to be there longer because the house was lovely and so interesting with all the eclectic touches! Check in process was very easy. We saw a bunch of hummingbirds and listening to the sounds of the creek in back was so idyllic. Would definitely recommend this place!

Another stay in an idyllic paradise

This is our second time staying in this home and we love coming here. Located close to bass lake and Yosemite, it's easy to do day trips to either one. A really great feature is the private stream on the property, this has been amazing both times. You can sit next to the river and just relax in privacy while the kids play in the water. Later at night you can grill up some steaks, have a drink and hop in the hot tub. Can't say enough great things, we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need.The hot tub was very relaxing after a long drive. We also enjoyed sitting by the river and playing horse shoes. The mattresses in both rooms were too soft. The master bedroom bath sink had no cold water. The TV's streaming in 2 bedrooms did not work. It is a very quiet street which was nice on our walks.

What a Trip !

One of the best rental experiences

This rental property did not disappoint! It is truly a magical and peaceful retreat with an amazing backyard with river access. My whole family was very impressed and instantly started thinking about our next stay here in the future. Excellent communication with the host and the welcome cookies were incredible! It was such a beautiful spit to spend our Christmas, the the house was cozy, all the rooms had a great view and the kitchen was well stocked!! The near by creeck was beautiful and was agood distnace from anything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Lovely getaway close to Yosemite.

Cozy woodsy cabin with a lovely creek in the backyard. This property has a lived in and loved vibe that was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and Oakhurst town is just a short drive away with shopping and restaurants.

My daughter and I LOVED this home. The river, pellet heater, jacuzzi, bathtubs… all of it. The beds were comfortable, and the TV had all the streaming apps, Close to Yosemite. Highly recommended.

Amazing view

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is very nice with wonderful views and the backyard it’s a river, you can relax listening the water and the birds under the trees. I would like to book this property again
