"I will start out by saying The house and the property was great. However, we rented the whole house my mom and I. When we got in, 2 of the 3 bedrooms were locked including the Master bedroom. We rented the whole house and it was never said that 2 of the 3 rooms would be locked including the best room at the house. Other than this we really did enjoy the house but when spending as much money as we did we should have full access."

"River Falls was a wonderful place to stay for the purpose of our vacation. It is located just outside the Yosemite gateway town of Oakhurst, and made transportation/navigation to the national parks a breeze. The property had several useful amenities for a night in or for experiencing nearby outdoor attractions. "Seems obvious they slapped some paint on a pretty messed up house. Main issues: 1 small pot and 1 small pan / no real cooking supplies / mattresses we're really cheap and uncomfortable / walls we're pretty dirty / the bathroom really smelled like mildew / there was trash on the property / internet did not work and there was no follow through for reestablishing it / there were no trash bins or trash bags / there was only 1 dishwasher pack / there were open holes in the ceiling and walls / kitchen...
