"Our flight arrived after midnight and the number to call for the hotel shuttle was a dental office. Tried to call,still had same problem. Tried automated number multiple times and finally just said front desk instead of need shuttle and finally got a person who was very short and aggravated. We get to the hotel again at midnight and was abruptly told, the elevator has been out for a week and we are on the third floor. Seems like they would have told us that,I just got through PT for my back. The stairs weren't a problem going up and down but with luggage? He mumbled something and said we could refund and get another hotel but it was after midnight and we were tired. He was not helpful, we also watched him with other guests and they got the same treatment. The whole hotel had a musty unpleasant odor. The one bright spot was breakfast, it was good."

"Water pressure was great in the shower, bathroom sink hot water only trickled, cold water was fine. Breakfast left something to be desired. No waffle mix available, has to settle with just eggs and sausage and no salt or pepper available. It would've been a perfect breakfast for anyone that only eats cereal, yogurt, fruit and bagels. Overall, it was ok but not great. Smelled like cigarette smoke and weed in the hallways. It was clean though, that's pretty much what matters most to me. I've had worse experiences for sure. "
