"Costa Paradiso ist eine Wohnsiedlung in den Bergen / Hügeln. Die Häuser sind sehr schön, unser Haus entsprach exakt der Beschreibung: Es war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Landschaft und Umgebung sind wunderschön, man fühlt sich wie mitten in einem Canyon. Es gibt mehrere Außensitzmöglichkeiten: Vor dem Eingang eine große Terrasse, ebenso vor beiden Schlafzimmern. "Skvělá poloha u krásné písečné pláže, pláźový kiosek, v docházkove vzdálenosti obchod, bar, autobus. Vedle v obci restaurace. Velice ochotný majitel. Apartmán vhodný pro pár nebo rodinu s dětmi. Užili jsme si pěknou dovolenou."

"L' appartamento è di adeguate dimensioni per una famiglia di 4 persone , dispone di un bel terrazzo dove mangiare e della possibilità per i bambini di sfruttare sia la piscina che il cortile comune . La casa è pulita, nuova e ordinata. Unica pecca è la mancanza della lavatrice. Da qui si raggiungono facilmente numerose e splendide spiagge e nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari . "Absolut ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner weiter Aussicht in die Berge. Außer Kuhglocken hin und wieder nichts zu hören, für Ruhesuchende nur zu empfehlen. Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, ums Haus große Terrasse und Garten, u.a. mit Kräutern, Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und eine herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer erreichbar ist. Einer meiner erholsamsten Urlaube, werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :). "The house is in an olive / fruit garden on the outer edge of Sassari . The host is very kind and a neighbour even came over to give us a bottle of local wine . The house is cute with an old fashoined atmosphere . There is a nice porch and we spent most of the time outside . We had a rental car and the house was ideally located to go to all the northern beaches and then come home to a quiet spot ."

The best part was actually dealing with Sergio that not only went above and beyond of his hosting duties but filling in as a top class concierge too. "The house has a really beautiful sea view and a great location. The approach is a bit complicated, but it doesn't matter. I think the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, the house is not that big. There were only two of us. Everything worked in the house and we were satisfied. The only thing I missed is the kettle in the kitchen, we had that in all the other properties where we lived. Pool clean, maybe deep enough for children. For me, but overall a great rating. "Das Innere der Ferienwohnung an sich ist recht unspektakulär, aber für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Terrasse ist Klasse und vor allem der kostenfreie Zugang zu dem Strand ist toll. In der Nebensaison noch schön ruhig."

"Les villa sont installées dans le Gravina Resort de Costa Paradiso, situées dans un endroit calme, excentré des grandes attractions de l’île. Elles sont installées en surplomb de la vallée, donnant sur la mer. La vue est superbe. On y retrouve tout le confort et les équipements nécessaire dans les salles de bains, les cuisines, chambres et séjour. "Bel appartement avec terrasse ( et non véranda comme indiqué dans le descriptif) qui offre une vue superbe sur Castelsardo avec la mer de part et d'autre. Literie confortable. Joli déco. Belle vaisselle. Climatisation t qui fonctionne bien. Par contre cet appartement se situe sur les hauteurs de la ville et l'accès est très pentu. L'étroitesse des rues peut donner des coups de stress lors de la montée en voiture. L'accès à la ville se fait en 10mn à pieds... Le retour est plus dur vu la...
