Peaceful rustic country home among trees olives

Charming country house situated in a very peaceful location in the north of Sardinia. It is surrounded by a grove of olive trees and fruit trees, as well as a kitchen garden. The property is a short drive from the nearest village, with shops and amenities, is 3 km away, and is Also close to stunning sardinian beaches, like Stintino, Balai, Platamona, Mugoni and lots blackberries, and old nice and picturesque villages as well .
The property has a cozy double room, a modern twin room, a bathroom with shower (and extra external shower), and a living room, a large kitchen and a large veranda That offers the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the open air and has a corner with view on the east-side garden where you can relax reading a book or enjoy a good Sardinian wine.
Has very broad and intimate garden with all kinds of nooks for relaxing and reading, chaired by olive trees and fruit trees (lemon, orange, peach, apricot, pomegranade, etc) and dad's kitchen garden.

Fantastic house

The house was wonderful, clean and well equipped, and in the middle of a garden full of fruit trees. The owner was very friendly and very helpful with information on the area and beaches. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, we enjoyed it very much! Grazie Stefano!!

a delightful hideaway

Well equipped little house. Secluded in an orchard of olive, citrus, fig and pomegranate trees. Sitting on the terrace in the evenings, wonderful. Ideal location for exploring Northern Sardinia. Stefano looked after us very well.

The cottage was as advertised. It set the mod for our Sardinian experience.

Stefano, our host, show us wonderful hospitality and an insider’s view of his island. He took us on excursions to see cheese being made, having lunch with his friends and guiding us to many important sites. We now love Sardinia.

Lovely host , cosy old fashioned atmosphere little house

The house is in an olive / fruit garden on the outer edge of Sassari . The host is very kind and a neighbour even came over to give us a bottle of local wine . The house is cute with an old fashoined atmosphere . There is a nice porch and we spent most of the time outside . We had a rental car and the house was ideally located to go to all the northern beaches and then come home to a quiet spot .

Lovely little house with very friendly hosts

We spent ten lovely days with our family in this little cottage near Sassari. The cottage is small, but neat and there is absolutely everything one might need for cooking, baking etc. The veranda and garden are lovely and Stefano and his dad explain all the exotic fruit to share. Sassari is within reach as well as different beaches in different coasts. A car is necessary. The hosts were really very friendly and helpful, also in a situation when we needed a doctor. WE shallcerazibly return some day-grazie mille a Stefano e Antonello!

Super!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Stefano und dank seiner vielen wertvollen Tipps tolle Erlebnisse. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten (wie auch der väterliche Gärtner) ist zauberhaft und wir haben uns sehr über frischen Salat, Kräuter und Granatäpfel gefreut. Auch unsere Kinder und zwei Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wissen sollte man als Hundebesitzer, dass es außerhalb des Grundstücks mit Spaziergängen schwierig ist (Wohngebiet, alles eingezäunt, keine Bürgersteige und keine öffentlichen, frei zugänglichen Flächen). Die Hunde können sich auf dem sehr großen Grundstück frei bewegen, für alles Weitere braucht man immer das Auto. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Die Anreise,erfolgte über Zusendung von Geo daten und war sehr einfach die Schlüssel des Vermieters wurden uns vom Vater übergeben. Das Haus war gepflegt und sauber in der,Küvhr warbis auf die Mikrowelle alles verhanden was wir brauchten .

Entspannter Urlaub

Uns hat es in dem kleinen , hübschen Häuschen an nichts gefehlt. Ohne Auto ist man hier allerdings aufgeschmissen. Der Garten ist wirklich toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl usw sind nach ein paar Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Strände ((ca. 10 Min. Fahrt) sind herrlich. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen..

Magnifique séjour en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé un superbe semaine à découvrir la Sardaigne. La location de Stefano est idéalement située pour visiter la région. La maison est très agréable avec sa terrasse dans un lieu calme et entourée d'oliviers et arbres fruitiers.

Parfait!

Petite maison très chaleureuse, propriétaire hyper accueillant. Une douche est possible à l extérieur, ce qui a été très apprécié étant donnée la chaleur. Dès ventilateurs étaient dispo pour permettre de passer de bonnes nuits, fenêtres ouvertes sans moustiques grâce aux moustiquaires, et la terrasse était très agréable le soir. Dès notre arrivée, le voisin nous a offert une bouteille de vin, et un matin nous avons retrouvé des grappes de raisin sur la table, que le propriétaire avait laissées, fraîchement coupées dans le jardin. C était super gentil. Pour une première fois en Sardaigne, c était super agréable ! Merci à Stefano pour ce séjour!!

Maison idéale pour famille avec 2 enfants

Maison typique de Sardaigne au milieu d'un jardin très agréable, au calme et proche de Sassari. La maison convient parfaitement à une famille avec 2 enfants. Stéfano et son papa sont des hôtes accueillants et très sympathiques, ayant de bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Agréable surprise de cette maison simple au milieu d'un grand verger. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Si il avait une critique à faire, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de machine à laver.

Geräumiges Feriendomizil in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Wir haben diese Unterkunft im September 2023 für eine Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Häuschen liegt in mitten eines großen Grundstücks mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen. Wir haben den Schlüssel auch spät abends noch persönlich vom Vermieter, der außerhalb wohnt, entgegengenommen. Die Wegbeschreibung hatten wir vorab über WhatsApp bekommen. Auch die weitere Kommunikation lief danach reibungslos. Das Grundstück kann mit einem elektrischen Tor verschlossen werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam nach Ankündigung zweimal jemand zur Ernte, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Die angrenzenden Grundstücke werden ebenfalls bewirtschaftet. Der direkte Nachbar hat uns gleich mit einer Flasche Wein aus Eigenproduktion begrüßt. Ansonsten bekommt man von den Nachbarn aber nicht viel mit und hat dort seine Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Natürlich muss man beim Küchenequipment in Ferienhäusern immer ein paar Abstriche machen, aber wir würden es trotzdem als überdurchschnittlich einstufen. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet einen großen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Außerdem gibt es draußen noch bequeme Sitzmöbel und einen zweiten Tisch. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Urlaub auf dem Lande

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Fern von jedem Tourismus-Rummel. So hatten wir uns das gewünscht. Das Ferienhaus war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings hatten wir am Anfang Mühe, das Haus zu finden. Wir haben die schönen Strände genossen und die interessanten archäologischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe besucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die große Hilfsbereitschaft und die Liebenswürdigkeit des Vermieters und seiner Eltern

Haus mit wunderschönem Gemüsegarten

WIr wurden sehr freundlich von Stefano empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist für Sardinienliebhaber perfekt. Mit dem großen Ost/Gemüsegarten, fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Stefano und sein Vater sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Wir durften alles aus dem Garten ernten was wir für uns benötigten. Auch die Nachbarn waren super freundlich zu uns. Von dort wurden wir mit selbstgemachten Wein versorgt. Hier ein herzliches Dankeschön an Raffaele(Nachbar).

Séjour paisible à la campagne

Endroit calme et reposant à l'ombre des arbres, idéal pour sillonner le nord ouest de l'ile.Trés arrangeant pour l'heure d'entrée dans les lieux (notre bateau arrivait à 6 heures du matin). Stéphano et son papa sont accueillants et chaleureux, ce dernier nous ayant fait partager son potager généreusement. Merci à vous deux. Corinne et Laurent.

Garden of Eden

Prachtig huis in een grote tuin. Verschillende fruitbomen (mispel, perzik, abrikoos, citroen), kurkeiken en honderd jaar oude olijfbomen. Daartussendoor bloemen, asperges en vetplanten. Werkelijk paradijselijk. Een overdekte veranda is de hele dag een idylle. Zicht op de omgeving van de opkomende zon bij het ontbijt tot de wijn met kaas in de avond. Stefanno is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Een dikke tien voor dit verblijf. En daarbij: heerlijk geslapen.

Beautiful calm little paradise

Situated near very beautiful beaches and near the centre of Sassari this is a perfect place for a stay in the eastern sardegna. Such a nice and welcoming atmosphere, we loved to get to know the neighbours and the patron of the house they were super nice and it was interesting to get to know more about the area. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibuñg.Es warsehr sauber,gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der große Garten ist phantastisch!!! Stefano beantwortet jede Frage, ist immer erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam

De eigenaar Stefano en zijn vader Antonio zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Groene omgeving van boomgaard en groentetuin. Leuk formaat huis, voorzien van al het nodige, inclusief bakken buiten voor afvalscheiding, uit het zicht. In de ramen van de slaapkamers en de woonkamer zitten horren (= gauze screens); in de badkamer gaat er ook een aangebracht worden. Zorg als gast dat je over navigatie-apparatuur in de auto beschikt, anders kan het lastig zijn om het huis terug te vinden vanuit allerlei mogelijke richtingen.
