The complex of Costa Paradiso where the house is located overlooks the gulf of Asinara whose coast is characterised by a beautiful cliff with clear emerald waters and inlets, coves and wonderful bays like Li Cossi and Tinnari (the latter can be reached by sea with comfortable shuttle service) considered among the most beautiful in Sardinia.

The complex is equipped with shopping centers with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, music venues, tobacconists, drugstores, newspapers, shops of all kinds, sports centre with swimming pool, tennis courts and football fields.

Scuba lovers can have a diving with guided dives and courses with patent issuance.
