We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sea was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise water and spectacular views that made every moment feel truly special. The location was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the coastline. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Great staff

Great location with a wonderful beach directly across the street. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff especially Emilia at reception was special and made the.Janus Hotel a memorable stay.

Let me start with the positives. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor which had a lovely view over the beach, the room was large with a nice balcony. It was a good location being close to the city beach for a quick cool off and close to a number of nice restaurants. Here’s the negatives we encountered. The air con was woeful. We were there in September and the system could not cope. My app showed it never went below 26 and it was HOT in that room. We spoke to two staff member’s who weren’t willing to help. I suspect they controlled the cooling via a system they showed us on their computer. The pillows were like rocks and we were told that’s all they have. My 3rd problem was being charge 20 euros - a full days parking when entering the car park at 9:30pm, then being charged 20 Euros for the following 24 hours! The worst part was there is very limited parking around this hotel and we circled for ages looking for a park and couldn’t find any - therefore forced to accept their overpriced fees. Would I stay here again - no, the staff aren’t helpful and there is much butter accommodation for less money.

The pool in the adjoining property was a real bonus. It’s a tough walk up to the Castello and the old town in the heat. I should have spent more and got a room with a terrace looking at the Castello - they looked great

The hotel is very well located, right next to the sea and only a short walk from the town centre. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and they kindly facilitated an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. The only negative point was the €20 charge for parking a motorcycle under cover. While the parking was sheltered, it was not secure, and we felt the charge was excessive. Having stayed at many similar hotels while touring by motorcycle, this was at least three times more than we would normally expect to pay for comparable motorcycle parking. The charge was not transparent in advance of booking & if know we would have used an alternative hotel. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and found the location and helpfulness of the staff particularly good.

Rent og pænt hotel. Vi havde søgt på et hotel med swimmingpool, men får at vide, at poolen er på et hotel længere nede af vejen. Det var ikke optimalt. Vi har bestilt et værelse med havudsigt, men halvdelen af udsigten er blokeret af huset overfor. Derudover et ok hotel, morgenmaden er ok, men ikke fantastisk. Der er parkering for 20 euro i døgnet, men parkeringskælderen er lavet til meget små biler, så det var svært at komme både ind og ud af den.

Pas assez d'informations sur le parking qui est soit payant et assez cher ou alors on cherche une place dans les ruelles adjacentes. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus attractif pour un 4 etoiles, un petit effort à faire. Sinon toutvest vraiment parfait
