"This house was fully stocked, and every little detail was attended to. Everything was clean, comfortable, and it was phenomenal having two kitchens. Every room had all the little extras and everything just felt great."

"The space was clean and the bed was super comfortable and there's a huge closet so having only 1 room doesn't feel cramped. Check-in and communication Werth the host was easy. Be aware that there is a set of outdoor stairs leading up to the unit. Hauling lots of suitcases across the lawn pavers and up the stairs may or may not be for you. The neighborhood is quiet. You'll see deer in the yards and it was the perfect spot to watch the fall foliage from my window. Very dog friendly and easy acess to anything you need in the surrounding area. "

"Location was perfect for this trip, very close to family living in the area, convenient to both DC and Baltimore. Building is an older property with limited insulation. Some noise can be heard from upstairs residents."

"Overall the home did its job, however there were several small issue that added up. When we arrived none of the garbage cans had bags in them, we had to search the house for bags and eventually found 1 small roll of bags. Also, when we arrived, there were linens inside of the dryer and soaking wet linens in the washing machine. We used several spin cycles to get the linens dry enough to put in the dryer but we couldnt use the washer during our trip becuase it was in poor condition and left things very wet. An appology was offered. It was also very hot during our stay, we had the air conditioning on while out for the day and came home to a house that was 85 degrees when we got back. The A/C was frozen and no air flowing. It turns out the furnace filter was very dirty and giving poor air exchange. I swapped the filter but we had to wait for the coil to de-ice so it was very hot all afternoon and through the night, again, an appolgy was offered. The last thing I consider a no fault item but its worth mentioing woth the other issues. I originally planned on bringing 2 dogs and had it approved by the host, I did pay extra to have the dogs in the home. I ended up keeping my dogs at home with a dog sitter and didnt bring them. I let the host know but they did not offer any refund of the extra fees, I didnt expect it but after the other issues I felt a good host would have offered some compensation "
