Was such a pleasant welcome and smooth check in when we arrived at the hotel the staff and especially Tiffany were so helpfull and really went the extra effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Every time we leave or come all staff acknowledge you and say hi or bye. The bed is so comfotable and the pillows are so soft. Room and bathroom is so spacious in the room we had. Is only a 5/10 minute walk to the old quarter qith plenty of little shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend...

We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. We were staying for our final night of our honeymoon. The property was stunning and the gardens beautiful! We received a complimentary room upgrade and there was fruit, chocolates and a rose petal decoration on the bed. It made us feel so special. We cannot thank the team enough, out Vietnam trip ended with us feeling so special. I would definitely recommend Silk Path to friends and family and hopefully get the chance to return.

We stayed here as a family of five. The staff were absolutely amazing, constantly going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were initially quite overwhelmed when we arrived as the reception area was very full and busy - if you experience this, please don’t let it deter you, this hotel is fabulous. Great place and the most comfortable bed and the pillows were the best. Shame was only one night stay. The food was lovely and recommend for anyone flying out or in to stay as close to the airport.

Every guess receives an amazing welcome from the moment they enter the hotel. Thae staff are so helpful and kind. My room was spacious well furnished and importantly quiet! The hotel location was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. A+

We are in Vietnam for the first time and Ha Long Bay is likely a once in a lifetime opportunity for us. I read countless reviews and watched videos all recommending genesis. We booked the 2 night cruise so that we weren’t rushed and we cannot recommend it enough. Everyone that was leaving after 1 night was wishing they stayed 2.
