"This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. "

"Everything was exceptional. Did not use the communal spa because we had a private spa in the room with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel had a shuttle to the train station."

"This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train "

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"今回で4度目のおごと温泉でした。 こちらの旅館の、ホスピタリティの高い対応には感動しました。 担当して頂いた仲居さんは、夜ご飯、朝ごはんの時の説明が丁寧で、時に笑いもありで楽しく、美味しくいただけました。 温泉の湯も、晩朝と2回入れてとてもツルツルになってリラックスできました。 朝ご飯の後は、フリードリンクのコーヒーや紅茶の種類も沢山ありまったり過ごせました。 送迎のバスの運転手の方の、駅で最後までお見送りも丁寧で嬉しかったです。 人気の犬のまめたろうくんも可愛かったです。 すべてのスタッフの方の笑顔での対応に、また来たいなと思う場所でした。 "

"Stayed for 1 night with the family. 2 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were spacious and we stayed in the western room with private hot spring. Super clean and everything was available in the rooms, tea, kitchenette and basic toiletries. Also enjoyed the public bath with barrel sauna and cold plunge tub. We had the shabu shabu dinner which was very good with seasonal menu. Very authentic Japanese. All in all a great stay. Definitely check out their instagram to get directions to contact the...
