"The staff were overly accommodating and extremely nice except for one person but the rest of the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, cozy and accommodating! Roof top hang outs at night are a great place to unwind. I really loved this place and will definitely be staying again. Only problem I had was we showed up at almost 4 on the dot for our room and were told they needed more time to have our room ready, I am disabled and was already uncomfortable from sitting in a car for 3 hours driving and also had an event to attend at 6pm when I arrived at my room. We came back around 4:50 or so and had to wait a bit and then finally got our room with an hour to get ready for the event…that means showering and makeup and getting dressed, being disabled that not something one just breezes thru. When my partner when to retrieve our luggage it took about another 15 minutes even more cutting into our time to get ready. Needles to say we were late for the event. But I must make it very clear the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, All in all I left an email where I was refunded some money for the first night."

"Food was great! Service excellent. Polar Bar attendants were fantastic!!! Buried 20% tip was not a pleasant after the fact surprise … AND the HOUSE kept part of it from their own notes!!! Also, in the early morning as we were rushing… we found out the shower had no body wash. … 2 bottles of shampoo ….Had to use shampoo … kinda little camping at $315/nt. Will we stay there again… if I have to have another heart surgery the next day… the wife and I say… yes!"
