Louis-Phillippe gave us recommendations for dinner (there are many choices within walking distance) and was very responsive to questions we had before arrival. There was a lovely receptionist there to greet us upon arrival and give us the information for getting in and out of room and the building after hours. We took a beautiful tree lined walk to La Grande Roue de Montreal which felt like a quaint street...

"My biggest issue with the place was that neither the listing on Expedia nor the hotel’s website made it clear that there was 1 shared bathroom for all the guests. This should be advertised in BOLD. That bathroom was FILTHY- dirty toilet, hair and dirt everywhere. My sheets were also dirty- hair and crumbs. The best thing I can say for this hotel is that the host was very friendly and helpful. "
