Apartments in North Shore

"We had a great time. The villas provided plenty of room for our group of 6. You get many of the benefits of staying at the resort hotel, with at least three times as much space. You don’t get access to the hotel pool, but the villas pool are fine and more shielded from the wind. This unit has a good amount of supplies. The only drawback is there are only four beach towels. So I guess either bring extra or pick up a couple at Costco. We stopped at Costco on the way up along with food land, and ate most of our meals in the villa. A single lunch or dinner at one of the resort restaurants is as expensive as our Costco or food land run. "

"Everything was extremely well attended to. The restaurants, the beach, and the rooms. Dinning staff were gracious and helpful. There was one gal by the name of Kris Hernandez that stood out. She was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. Very willing to please and make our stay more memorable. She is an asset to your team. I suspect she will bring value to your company as she grows with the company. She was so full of sunshine I had to mention her in this review. Please let her know she made us feel welcomed to your hotel. It was a great way to start our holiday. Thank you for the opportunity to mention her contributions as an ambassador to the Ritz Carlton. "Excellent hotel on the North Shore that still has a Hawaiian flair, even if it is next to a McDonalds. It has been updated since i saw it years ago. Rooms are spaceous and clean, nice counter for incidentials, has a swing out desk / table that was super helpful. Staff were amazing, welcome.gift of choco mac nuts! The pool was warm and tropical. The hotel has water fill stations to save buying water and waste. The bistro was good. The hotel even had 'rainy day' games for use and a room opened for kids, useful as we booked in due tona storm and there wasnt much outdoor activities to be had. They even had Mrs Hawaii greet The Princess of Tonga, which was a cool highlight of a day. Thanks Marriott"
