"Stayed for 3 nights with 3 adults and 3 kids. The staff were amazing! Check in went smooth and when we asked for crib and more towels the housekeeper brought it up and was very nice as well. They were fully booked so elevators were a little slow and pool was pretty busy, but even with that there were plenty of towels in pool area. The pool was a little colder than I was comfortable with but my 11 yo and 6yo loved it anyway. Will definitely stay again"
