"The whole stay was excellent. Check in process was easy and the reception staff so friendly! Apartment was so large and clean, we were pleasantly surprised to see we had been given a 2 bedroom when we only booked 1 bedroom, but it had a wonderful view from the 8th floor, so we were very happy to be given such a lovely room. Facilities were clean and spacious, the pool is amazing and there is a massive BBQ space. On check out again the reception staff were so kind, we had an issue with our car and needed some time to resolve which meant we were an hour late to check out but they were so nice and understanding in helping us and allowing us to have that extra time so sort our car out, thank you! The only minor draw back was the shower water pressure was a bit low but for a high rise apartment block in this area, not surprising and it certainly isn’t bad. Everything was so great, we will definitely stay here again :)"
