"We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental."

"We spent 3 nights in this charming house the last weekend in April while visiting family. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and the beds and living room furniture were extremely high quality and comfortable. It awarded us both the logistics we needed, and the ability to comfortably have the family over for hanging out at the end of the day and to bring in breakfast a couple of times. Lots of little nice touches like lap blankets and makeup mirrors for the ladies. We will...

"The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The only complaint, need better cooking utensils. Sone if the pans were too small for the oven and the iron skillet was beveled in the bottom and did no lay flat on the stove. I very much recommend this home and plan to stay again, the next time I'm in LA"

"Visiting family under wonderful and stressful circumstances, we loved getting back to this sweet, darling bungalow to relax and recharge. The location was quiet and felt safe and secure. Grocery a half block away. Michelle made everything easy and was calm and flexible. We goofed and showed up too early. She was gracious. "The house handled the 7 of us well. It was two grandparents, two parents and three kids ages 17, 15 and 11. It was a perfect location close to the beach area. It was literally a 3 minute walk to Venice Beach with all its action. Santa Monica was just a few miles up the road. We rented e-bikes and were up there in a flash. Marina Del Ray was about the same distance in the opposite direction. The house was spacious, full of beautiful natural light, and a lovely roof deck (but with a little scary...

"We had such an amazing time here! This property was absolutely gorgeous and made for a relaxing and beautiful girls' weekend away! We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a lovely space. There was an initial issue because the gate code didn't work, but the hosts responded quickly to our messages and we were able to get in. I loved staying here, I would absolutely recommend it!"
