"Place was great ! Clean ! Perfect location .. excellent staff ! Don’t go to the breakfast next door .. that was no bueno. But hotel was perfect ."

"Good location for Grand Canyon a little outside the park but on the shuttle - we drove in to park as visitor center had plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was fairly priced -dinner on the pricier side."

"Immediately checking in my wife and friends were redirected to a Grand Vacation package for 30 minutes of sales pitches. The pool bar was inactive and to get a drink one had to walk to the other restaurant attached to it but no bartender was present and they were out of liquors for their five drinks. You then had to barge back in for a long walk while scanning your key with two drinks. For a hefty resort fee it would be nice to see the pool bar actually operational. Lastly, we paid for Mountain Views but were met with views of the other rooms."

"This was such a beautiful, relaxing space. Request a room with a view of the park/courtyard, and you'll see beautiful pines and grass instead of the parking lot. There are also hiking trails that start there at the property."
