Charming Historic Hotel in Prime Location Our stay at the Monte V was great! The hotel is in excellent condition despite its age—it truly feels like stepping back in time in the best way possible. Wonderful old hotel with lots of charm. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Lots of loud partying in downtown Flagstaff on weekend nights but the front desk provides earplugs on request.

I love the Monte Vista, and I usually stay here when I visit Flagstaff. The facility isn't perfect because it is old, but it is well maintained, and the owners have done a good job of balancing the need for modern amenities with preserving the historic character of the hotel.

My Favorite Hotel in Flagstaff

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. I love this historic hotel, I love the antique feel of it, and its central location in downtown Flagstaff is ideal. We had a corner room with a great view, a comfortable bed, and fast wifi. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the lively atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Parking is limited, but nearly everything is within walking distance.
