Clean and spacious room, very clean, staff lovely and very helpful, very comfortable bed I had a great sleep. If you come from a country with good quality food then Don't eat here- Breakfast was very poor I couldn't eat it! But then coming from Australia I find it very hard to get fresh, quality food in England! I would stay again overall a good offering.

The reception staff, Bianca in particular, were so helpful with all aspects of our stay including carrying our bags up the stairs, suggesting places to go and walk to, assisting with parking and lovely breakfasts. We loved our stay!

Superior room at Brock's GH meant a spacious room with a table and two chairs, couch, chest of drawers and large bathroom. Only two negatives were: 1. No aircon like most of England, but a little fan helped. 2. Stairs to get to 2nd floor, no lift, again like most of England. These points should be documented in the property description.
