Plenty of parking...the grounds are absolutely stunning. Staff friendly and helpful...we had a nice stay but the bedrooms and a lot of the public areas look a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment.

We were upgraded to a superior room which spacious and well appointed. Only slight negatives were the dust at the bottom of bathroom door frame and the hot water from the tap was too hot
Staff were very friendly and chatty

Beautifully located hotel
We always stay here when visiting family who live close by. Hotel is beautifully situated and has a good size car park. Although rooms are looking a little tired, especially the bathrooms, it is always clean and the beds comfy. It could really do with having the rooms upgraded it would make the stay perfect. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Perfect placed hotel for our needs with easy access into Bristol and also the Cotswolds. Good, friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Hotel a little tired but clean.

The barman Oscar made my evening. He was helpful, accommodating, friendly and charming. A star player.
I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The property and hotel were beautiful. Even though the hotel was fairly busy during our stay, I seldom heard other guests. Did I mention that the staff were excellent?
Lovely stay - clean and comfortable room, a little tired but perfectly functional. Prices very reasonable for the setting, standard of service and breakfast. The staff at breakfast on Sunday 15th June were particularly great - very polite, helpful and smiley. We will stay again :)
Excellent stay, clean, cosy and hygienic facilities. Restaurant was amazing where we had dinner and food was delicious. Surrounded by a lot of nature and wonderful sceneries

Yes, the ‘privilege’ room needs some TLC but the staff and the service they give are second to none. The surroundings were lovely. The food was excellent.
Thank you.

There needs to be more renovation to this property. Our room was nice bit outdated but the corridor leading to our room needs attention panels of wall needs replacing. Looks likes partway through job so maybe on to it.
The entrance, bar and dining area all lovely and well presented

friendly staff, comfortable room and good value.
This was our base as we visited family in the area and had everything we needed - friendly staff, comfortable room and good value.
We had a good overall experience, we were slightly let down by the cleaners over the duration of our stay however customer service was amazing and they sorted everything out instantly!
Shae the lady behind the front desk deserves a pay rise or managerial status, she was amazing!
