Normandy Isle Apart Hotels

"This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

"The apartment was clean and the building is nice and new. I stayed here because it was central to everything 5 minute walk to brightline, 3 minute walk to my daughter’s apartment, very central. The clientele at this building was scary though, very ghetto and I’d not stay there again."

"A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it."
