"The room was very clean and spacious. I liked having a sink and microwave in the room. Shawayne in housekeeping was very helpful and kind. The ladies in Oasis restaurant were lovely, so friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered her name, but she saw I forgot my glasses and waited at the front desk till I checked out and returned them to me."

"The River view was wonderful! We even had a perfect view of the fireworks. The hotel staff helped us find the best restaurants and was patient with us when checking in. The rooms were clean and up to date and the staff was friendly. The heated pool water was not as warm as we had expected since it was heated but we still enjoyed it."

"The rooms are big but they need 2 bathrooms. No housekeeping available. My son’s sofa bed did not have blankets when we asked for some they said they didn’t have extra and were being washed. What hotel does not have extra blankets. Loved that they give coupons as food is expensive in that area. Parking is an additional 50.00 per day"

"The staff were incredible. The actual hotel was disgustingly unkept. For the price we paid for one night you should expect the best. The wallpaper was peeling in the room, the caulking was moldy, the sink was cracked, the air conditioning was broken, the shower was moldy. I will never stay here again!!!! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay at the 124 Q. The staff, food, and amenities were top notch. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. We loved Beth at the bar, the welcome appetizer, the shuttle service, the bicycles, the dining room, and the high end toiletries. The only complaint was not staying in the main building. Workers started banging and moving at 5a and it sounded like it was on top of us. Otherwise, the room was cold, comfortable, and would stay the Q again!"
