THE SPACE



The Printworks is situated in a prime location within Newcastle’s City Centre, to the south of the famous St James’ Park football stadium. On the doorstep, guests can enjoy a wide array of bars and restaurants and easy access is also given to The Centre for Life, the two Universities and RVI Hospital.



Atica is a large contemporary city centre apartment where guests can enjoy spacious living. Natural light is enjoyed throughout the apartment making the space feel larger still. Guests can relax in the open plan living dining area, which includes a modern fitted kitchen with modern appliances.
