This home is exclusively booked for your use and is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We offer contactless check-in and check-out for a safe stay.
Neighbour Policy: No parties or excessive noise allowed as per NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Failure to comply may result in police-assisted eviction or additional charges. Respect our neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment. A noise monitor and security camera may be present, but they will not be accessed unless alerted of any issues by neighbours or calls.
Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. • All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some insects are expected in the area.
• The hot water is not continuous and excess use may result in this running out if the amount of hotwater in the tank is exceeded and may result in a period of time without hot water.
