"The location was good and our room was clean but it was much like staying in a cave with no natural light coming in since our view was the window into another room. The pool was under maintenance while we were there which is why we picked this hotel so that was disappointing. Check in and out was easy but no one offered any information about the hotel or the area."

"The hotel was clean & the room was spacious enough & cleaned well every day. Service in the restaurant was relatively slow & when I went to get morning coffee at 7:30 am, the restaurant door was locked. The valets outside & the concierges were very friendly & helpful. The hotel location was great & we would probably stay there again."

"The hotel was amazing, and this one complaint will sound like a bigger deal than it was, but the mini fridge wasn’t great. Might have just been something with mine, but it’s hidden in the cabinet under the tv. With the cabinet door closed, it would get got inside. Noticeably hot. I have a travel case for medicine that has a thermometer on it. When the cabinet door is closed. The temp in the glass footed fridge would get into the 50s, with it open, it would drop to the 40s. Still safe for the medicine, but something to pay attention to. Other than that. The hotel was amazing. Very helpful staff, good food and drinks. The bar was great. Ended up not going to bourbon st because the live blues was too good to skip. I would stay here again without hesitation, the location is perfect. Best location in the French quarter."
