Located within walking distance to Bourbon, Frenchman streets and the waterfront. Very close to WW 2 museum which I highly recommend seeing. Staff was very responsive to any questions and requests. "We stayed at this B and B near St Charles Ave because it was close to the WW2 Museum. It is an easy walk to the museum. We paid for a larger room, and we got that. We were comfortable there, but the B and B is in need of a makeover. Our room was at the top of a 21 step staircase which is important to be aware of as are many of the rooms. Breakfast was good, but the choices were limited. The people working there were very nice! "
