"Everything was great except the elevators due to construction. The staff was amazing, all of them! Had a great visit to NOLA. "

"The breakfast was phenomenal, truly the best pancakes I’ve had in my life. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable! I do suggest key access in all the areas or security guiding the door with a lock after a certain time, I noticed a few homeless people wandering around. And this hotel is high end so I truly don’t expect to see such things here. As I was sitting down having dinner, there was a homeless man who ended up in the dining area and he was sitting there asking people to buy him drinks. He could’ve followed someone onto the elevator and ended up in a guest floor which is scary and dangerous."

"This a great property to stay in while in New Orleans! Close ti bourbon street and walking distance to Canal as well. The staff were very nice and the rooms clean and spacious. My daughter and I loved the French doors that opened right up to the pool! Great stay!"

"Perfect location for exploring French Quarters. The pool is a nice temp and well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we come back to the area."
