"You could tell our room was dated and had a musty smell. The elevators were really slow but the property looked pretty clean. The staff was very nice so I gave them five stars. The hotel just needs to be updated but it’s nice for the price."

"During my stay at the Old 77, it was definitely filled with ups and downs. The lobby, and hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are just like the pictures. Checking in we had the nicest lady who happened to be training someone with the best personality! However I can’t say the same for all the staff, as there is a Bright red haired lady, who is the definition of condescending, and makes you feel inferior for asking questions. Yet their manager Kierra, I believe she is wonderful and helped us solve the tiny bump in the road with our room. Overall I had a great experience, the location was excellent and most of the staff were helpful. I’d recommended as long as you don’t have questions during your stay."
