Absolutely terrible. We showed up and did not have hot water. We contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone up to our room. We waited for 45 minutes and called the desk again, at which point they said they could fix the water from their maintenance room downstairs. We were there for 3 nights, and despite multiple conversations with management, we did not have hot water. The light switch in the bathroom would also not turn off, so that was fun! Management was able to refund my resort fees, but they said I had to take up a full refund with Expedia. After contacting Expedia, they offered me $50 on a $500 stay!!! They also allow 2 devices to connect to internet before charging a daily fee, we did not connect our devices and they still charged us the fee! Do not stay here, there are plenty of hotels nearby that would be a better value for the price.
