"My first time staying at a Roami property was absolutely perfect. It was an ideal place for a girls’ trip. The space was spacious and comfortable, and it was conveniently located near everything we needed."

"My friend and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and we have zero complaints about the staff and the hotel itself. Kerry, who checked us in, was accommodating and very nice. He and another gentleman gave us restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great. I recommended this hotel to another friend before checking out! Will definitely stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Loews Hotel in New Orleans. The location was fantastic — close to everything but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The valet service was super convenient, and the valet attendant was especially friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved having access to the indoor pool — a nice perk, especially in the city. My room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use a bit of updating. Overall, it was a peaceful, pleasant stay in a great spot. I’d definitely consider staying here again."
"Staff was super friendly and accommodating... Very impressed. They continued to check up on us via text if we needed anything. They didn't just forget us after we checked in. Only negative was one elevator was not working but that hardly affected anything "
"The area seemed safe, clean and walkable. The staff were so sweet. The room was perfect -- clean and cozy. The check-in and checkout experience was seemless."
"This place is outstanding. The room is so very clean. The staff is so very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast they have in the morning is very good. This place is a five star in my opinion, and I will be staying there again when I return to New Orleans. I was there for a Saint's Football game. I do come to New Orleans often to board cruise ships. This place is perfect for those in town early for a cruise and is close by the cruise terminal. Perfect for families. "
