"This was a pretty cool hotel, very convenient to where I had to go for my trip and was not a high traffic area so it was enjoyable very close to the scooters that I rented over the weekend. A good distance from the pier and Golden Gate Bridge, but very good place to stay if staying in the city."

"The hotel was very nice. Clean, quiet, near our venue. Parking was great and it was easy to get to. The restaurant/ bar was amazing. Viola was a great bartender and pointed us to new and exciting drinks. She was also very nice and provided excellent service. The only issue, and it’s an issue I have had at hotels in San Francisco, the walls are very thin. The residents in the next room morning conversation could be heard as if they were in the room. However the whole experience was wonderful and will book again. "

"Best part about the hotel is the night auditor Stephanie, she has amazing customer service skills and i keep returning because she impresses me every time. Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
