"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Had a wonderful bathroom, nice bar setup and great open space with panoramic views. You won’t be disappointed "

Arriving in Tremezzina was like landing in Paradise and Hotel La Darsena was just the icing on the cake. I booked not having any real idea where to stay in Como and we could not have been happier. This is a great little family run Hotel. It is situated right on Lake Como & the lake view rooms have stunning views. The ferry stop is right across the road. The people who run & work at this hotel went out of their way to help us, answer our questions & make us feel welcome. We really loved this hotel. We stayed for a week and the location on the piazza with across-the-road views of the lake could not be beaten. The lovely staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation - our room was beautiful - good sized bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with two small balconies looking over the piazza and on to the lake.. We really recommend the hotel and hope to be able stay again.
