"Gorgeous, immaculate, luxurious. I’d give this stay more stars if I could. The staff caters to your every whim, the property is spotless, they have a free roaming peacock, cat and 3 highland cows. Idyllic. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Worth the splurge. "

"The property was always neat and clean. The property staff paid attention to details and provided lots of helpful information about transportation, food options, and laundry services. The WiFi services were great and transportation stops were close by. Lovely and cozy guest house and the area around it."

"The staff were fantastic on our arrival (Robert and Ryan); they helped with the bags and guided us through the parking process. The room was exactly as advertised and the location is great. "

"Loved our stay at CODE - The Court. As a family it was brilliant having a family room with bunk beds for the younger ones. Everything was so clean and service was amazing. The staff were all so helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be back"
"Outstanding property, beautiful public rooms and very comfortable bedrooms. Bar and restaurant ambience created an intimate evening experience for four, food was great and the mixed a perfect Martini! Staff all incredibly friendly, service with a smile from start to finish. Perfect base for a weekend in Edinburgh. Loved it. "
"We arrived adter a bit of a nightmare journey with trains cancelled and local snow as we left. We managed to re-route and got to the hotel tired and cold to be told our room was already available and to head straight up to get warm. The room was lovely. We booked a super king sized room for a bit of extra space for the 3 night stay. The huge bath tub was a bonus to soak in after a long day walking in wintry weather. The antipodes toiletries were lovely.
Location of the hotel is spot on. Everything is within walking distance. I'd recommend the society bar and kitchen a few doors down for brunch or tea but make sure you book ahead as they regularly have queues outside.
The pool was cold but the sauna and steam room were lovely.
Only small gripe was towels weren't changed when requested but we found some fresh so not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again. Luggage room used on check out was useful although slightly manic trying to locate luggage in there. All in all a pleasant stay."
"Quiet, clean. Twin room so had 2 large beds per person. Very spacious room. Used the pool and sauna which was nice and included in our stay. Location is great. Staff helpful. "
