Solo stay in Edinburgh whilst family stayed elsewhere. This is an absolute find. Modern, stylish and so comfortable. Check in etc was perfect, and it’s located so close to the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful property with it being very quiet and pretty song birds in the morning. Great location for using the tram as well. The kitchen side of the room was very dark and no plug ins in the bathroom. The room also needed hooks to hang up bags, coats and hook to hang your clothes for steaming. I would stay there again (stayed 8 nights)

Such a lovely hotel/townhouse to stay for adults. It’s unique, clean, cozy and many shops and restaurants nearby making it a convenient location when you are visiting Edinburgh. It is also near the tram stop. I would advise travellers with big luggages to book the rooms on the lower floor as there are no lifts available and will be difficult to carry luggages if room(s) book will be on the ascending floors. I would strongly suggest management to have a microwave available for the guests- it will be very useful and appreciated. The Nespresso coffee machine made us happy ☺️though. Overall, my husband and I had a restful and fantastic stay. Many thanks ☺️

Stayed in the Queen Charlotte room. Very clean and modernized place to stay. Probably the best shower in a hotel/b&b ever. Large bathroom with counter space for toiletries. Large soft towels. The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
