This property is special. Everything was impeccable. The street that its situated in is beyond expectations. Our room was stunning and huge for Japanese standards. The dinners were absolutely outstanding, thankyou to the chef firstly but also the staff who were so genuine and kind. Breakfast was interesting. For us it was hard to get through but definately a must to try for the experience. We spent 3 nights which was just fabulous. Bed was so comfortable. Close to plenty of amenities, shops,...

Excellent stay! I booked an executive room. to stay over, And it is a very pleasant stay. Room size is good. Very clean.

Good hotel, very handy to Narita airport. We stayed to rest after a long flight from Australia and had a nice day exploring Narita and the local temple. We went to Narita temple on a Sunday and got to watch a buddist ceremony, plus if you go to the information centre you can ask for an English guide for a personal tour. Fantastic experience and everyone at this hotel was lovely.

This is a terrific hotel. The free shuttle bus service is easy and useful. There’s a beautiful temple and gardens nearby that is absolutely worth visiting. And there’s a convenience store in the hotel. Good place to stay.

Great stay! Clean! All automated

Excellent airport shuttle service, clear instructions from hotel and easy to find. Welcoming and efficient service at reception, especially for tired travellers late at night. Comfortable room, we slept well. Would thoroughly recommend to travellers as a better option when arriving in Tokyo than travelling for a further hour into the city by the express train and then trying to find your expensive accommodation.

A great, convenient place to stay. Stayed in a deluxe twin room for 3 nights before heading home. The free and regular airport shuttle meant getting back into Tokyo for last minute shopping was easy and stress free. Good breakfast selection. A stress free way to start/finish your international holiday.

Great place to stay. Super helpful staff!

Great stay close to Narita. Near both train lines and free shuttle to airport. Clean with onsen and easy walk access to old aeon mall and walkable to new aeon mall. Lawson store downstairs with usual foods and drinks. Will stay again, good value hotel and can stay from a late flight if trains stopped and cheaper than Tokyo hotel rates.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Very courteous staff. Great shuttle service between airport and hotel between 5am and 9.50pm. 10 minutes to terminal 2.

It is a five minute walk to the train station and has a very good included breakfast.

Nice people

Great place to stay would gently recommend very kind staff and very clean and nice rooms 5 star

Staff are super friendly

A good place to stay overnight after a late arrival at Narita Airport. Friendly staff and clean amenities, with showers, toilets, lockers, PJs, slippers, and bath towels provided. It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didn’t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people.
