An upgrade would be great for the return flight 22Jan
Only negative issue is that as JAL partnered/code shared with Jetstar on the Tokyo to Osaka part of the trip, there was no refreshment. So the JAL part of the trip is fine however, when comparing to Jetstar, it does make Jetstar not look as appealing with the smaller seats and no food.
Only 1 meal serve on 10hours flight
Top Qantas service!
Christmas Day in business class. The food was awful and no choice of any type of Christmas dish. Very very disappointing qantas.
In-flight staff were above-and-beyond awesome!
Great flight. Nice staff. The only thing i was unhappy with was the delay
Qantas staff on our flight were incredible, they truly made out long trip so enjoyable and lovely
Qantas never fails on long haul. Attentive service and I felt really comfortable in economy with their upgraded economy class seat.
Japan Airlines are brilliant to fly with, it was a first but I'd fly them over my favourites anytime now. So friendly, helpful, attentive. Toilets were spotless the whole flight! That never happens. Flight departed an hour late, it was struck by lightning on the way to Melbourne and they delayed it with checking all was ok, annoying but totally understandable, they were so apologetic though. Great airline
