Honestly this is like a little resort. The breakfast is better than nearly anything I've ever seen in a hotel. The bath in the basement is a great place to sample Japanese bath house culture.

On the map, the hotel seems pretty close to the airport but if you take the shuttle during rush hour, it takes about 20-25mins one way to the hotel from the aiport. Hotel feels dated but clean and well appointed. We liked the convenience of the Famima that's open 24hrs right in the lobby. It's pretty popular so it can get packed.

The hotel is located only a 10+ min from the Narita Airport by hotel's shuttle which runs every 15 (or 20) min. Our plan was changed because of the rain but the shuttle even goes to JR Narita station and EAON mall. There is the Family Mart next to the front desk. We had dinner buffet one night and it was pretty delicious.

Good value hotel close to Narita airport. It’s listed as luxury hotel on Expedia, but it seems like an ordinary hotel. Room was small, but it had everything that I needed as a single traveler. The bathroom needs deep cleaning and it has a strong musty smell from the shower curtain. Disappointing since I stayed in another hotel, that had a lower price, and was more clean. Hotel is convenient to Narita airport and they provide free shuttle bus at certain times.

This hotel was perfect for our last three days of our trip. We had used Narita airport for our flight from Okinawa and also for our flight home, so staying at a hotel close to the airport and with a shuttle service for the airport and to points of interest was a huge win for us. The staff were very helpful and excellent customer service!

Such a lovely time at this hotel! After spending a week bouncing around Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, coming to Narita and staying at MYSTAYS was the reset I needed. The garden was absolutely beautiful and serene. The onsen in the hotel was perfect! A bit out from other attractions but the shuttle buses provided are great to get around surrounding areas. Wish I could’ve stayed longer xoxo

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially the convenient airport shuttle and shuttle service to downtown Narita. The breakfast, onsen/spa, beautiful grounds, and exterior were all great, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major letdown. The hotel feels very dated, and the rooms were not particularly clean, with visibly dirty vents and an overall unpleasant feeling. It’s clear the property has great amenities and potential, but the rooms desperately need renovation. Ultimately, it was difficult to look past the condition of the accommodations despite the excellent service and facilities.
