入住迅速，挑高的空間沒有壓迫感，裝潢也很新穎，有電動車充電樁超級加分，有很高的意願再訪。如果能提供餐盤等餐具會更加環保，WiFi 速度改善、地面再更乾淨就完美了！離星月天空及小朋友愛的百果山車程不遠，很適合帶孩子來玩

南投市最好的旅店了!

房間算大也很乾淨，冷氣也很強。浴室的水壓還不錯，只是頭頂花灑打開會亂噴。床還滿舒服的，枕頭有點扁，不過門外有備用的枕頭可以加。服務的部分大部分都用line溝通，不喜歡看到服務人員或老闆的朋友可以入住~

人的態度與旅店反差極大

住宿的房間很好沒有什麼問題.但是千萬別一不小心貪便宜住到2樓小間的房間，是既沒有窗也沒有廁所浴室，就只有一張雙人床和床邊小桌沒了！讓人看了會當場傻眼的房間！除非你的住宿目的就是要便宜，上廁所洗澡洗手你就出門下樓到1樓去使用也行！ 我們住的房間非常正常很好不錯，櫃檯小姐待人親切熱誠，但是晚間的客服人員先生態度極差極差極差！大致上是一間很年輕化的智能旅店,應該會是受大家喜愛的.

煙味太重，充斥整個角落

註明無菸房，但實際煙味太重，殘留的煙味充斥著整個房間，有種到了KTV包廂的味道，雖然有大台空氣清淨機開著，連床單、棉被、枕頭、抱枕、沙發都沾染著一股煙味，退房後衣物織品沾滿了煙味，非常難受😣一晚5、6千不含早餐的價格，有點名不其實。 且房內用品的清潔度有待加強
