Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor. The service from the staff was amazing, they are all really lovely. I was really pleased that the hotel had a self-service laundry area. You have to pay 300 PHP (nearly £4) for detergent and dryer, I thought this was a bit expensive to charge guests when all other places I've stayed with self service have offered this free to guests. However this is a minor point, the hotel is lovely and the pool is good too.
