Nyola Beach House - Peppy Beach Retreat

Nyola Beach House is a fully fenced property and is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, or weekend getaway. Just metres from the beautiful white sands of Peppermint Grove Beach, (Peppy Beach) which is halfway in between Bunbury and Busselton.

Peppy Beach is the hidden gem of the South West and has so much to offer, from beautiful beaches, swimming, beach walks, snorkelling, surfing and other activities, to great walking trails through the Tuart Forest. Use Nyola Beach House as your base as you explore Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret River, world class wineries and restaurants.

Peppy Beach Caravan Park has a shop and bottle store stocked with the basics. It also has a bar/restaurant that is open Friday through to Sunday in the Summer months (possible Winter) - offering a friendly relaxed atmosphere to catch up with friends or have a quiet drink with some food.

Capel is a 10 minute drive and has a bottle shop, hardware, butcher, bakery, video store & newsagent. IGA supermarket is open 7 days a week and has an excellent range of goods.

What's inside

Our house is fully equipped with modern decor. It is the perfect beach house with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom/laundry and separate toilet.

One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a double and a single bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space.

The main living area is open plan kitchen, dining and lounge and is air conditioned. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a dishwasher. The pantry is well stocked with the staples.

In between the bedroom and kitchen area is a second living area. It has double stacker sliding doors and a day bed where you can relax and just hang out. We can make this day bed up for sleeping if you are a party of 6. Please let us know if this is required. Off this living area is a deck which overlooks the stunning wetlands that are teeming with bird life in the winter months.

We have a BBQ and 2 outdoor settings. One upstairs and one downstairs.

Great little beach get away.

The property was immaculately clean with all the ammenities. Short 2 min walk to the beach plus you can access the beach with your car if you have a 4WD. Overall a really nice place to stay and will be back in the future.

The six of us (4 adults and 2 fur-kids) had a great winter weekend at Nyola Beach House. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-appointed, in a very quiet location just a stone's throw from the beach. Thoroughly recommended!

Loved staying here , great that I could bring dogs as they loved going to the beach everyday . The place was better than we expected . It was a scorching week with over 40 temps so being by the beach was the best , have already booked again . Thankyou

A lovely, cosy beach house which is perfectly located near the beach. Great hosts with good communication. A fenced garden for the dog which is a bonus! Everything was clean, beds were comfy and just an all round good stay. We will be back!

On arrival we were a little unsure about the unusual architecture but by the end of the stay we loved it. It worked really well for a holiday place. We were there mid winter and the house in general was warmer than we expected. Had a great view of a lightning storm over the wetlands. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach getaway

A fantastic beach house with a very relaxed beach vibe. The view over the wetlands is good for the soul! My first visit to Peppy Beach, not sure I want many people to know about it! A lovely long stretch of beach, shared with only a handful of other people. A great dog-friendly destination. Hilarious watching the dogs learn to climb the stairs (or not!). Very safe yard for the fur babies to explore. Couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful spot

It’s a nice house with lovely wetland views, great fenced garden for the doggo, everything you need (inc. a telescope to watch the wildlife) and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. There is house build being finished next door at the moment so it was hard to enjoy the outdoor space in the day on Saturday but fortunately they stopped by mid-afternoon. Regardless, we loved our weekend and would certainly recommend staying here.
