"Best hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip! Would definitely recommend to first time travellers! The breakfast that is included is quite simple but still good if you want to quickly eat something before leaving early since most places in Japan only open at 10am. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is staying on the section they call "room with a view". They will let you choose your room based on the availability they have and will give you otpions between "quiet and no view" or "room with a view". We choose the view one and it was very loud during the night. Not worth it in our opinion. But other than that it was a 10/10 stay!"
"The staff were all friendly and helpful, stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, rooms had extras that came in handy, great location for train access "
