"We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person).
If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it."
